Currently the ASHRAE Region 12 Regional Vice Chair (RVC) for the Government Affairs Committee. Timothy graduated from University of South Florida in 2015 with a BS in mechanical engineering, and has worked in the consulting engineering field designing HVAC/Plumbing for 24+ years. He specializes in engineered solutions for the healthcare environment as well as a variety of other project types. He was a recipient of 4 ASHRAE FWC scholarship awards during his tour of duty at USF.

Raajesh joined ASHRAE Florida West Coast Chapter in 2021 after moving from Miami Chapter. Raajesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from India & Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida. Raajesh began his career with BR+A Consulting Engineers in 2019 specializing in HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection system design of Healthcare, Laboratory and STEM building environments. Engineer Intern registered in State of Florida. Raajesh is looking forward to work with FWC Chapter and Region XII.

Gilmer, originally from Peru, graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently he works for TLC Engineering Solutions as a Mechanical Engineer and is thrilled to be on the board for the Sarasota Bradenton Section of FWC. Gilmer looks forward to growing his involvement with ASHRAE and contributing his efforts to help further ASHRAE’s goal of serving humanity by advancing the arts and science of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and their allied fields.
