Experience with ASHRAE Florida West Coast Chapter extends back to 1996.

Ethan Grabill is VP Sales and Marketing for Commercial Products. Since 1972, Commercial Products has represented manufacturers of steam, hydronic, and domestic water heating equipment in Central Florida. Commercial Products provides atmospheric, near condensing, and condensing boilers, water heaters, boiler economizers, plate and frame, shell and tube, and shell and coil heat exchangers, as well as, hydronic and steam specialties. Ethan is a Tampa native and graduated from Jesuit High School and Florida State University.

Scott Manfre is a Tampa native and graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2013. Scott works for G.L. Spies Company Inc., as a Sales Engineer specializing in Hydronic applications.

Licensed as a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, he works as a consulting engineer specializing in the mechanical design of buildings. His experience also includes component and system design in the Steam, Cryogenic, Oil and Gas industries.

Sarah Studt graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2014. Sarah currently works as a consulting engineer specializing in the mechanical design of healthcare and mixed-use, high rise facilities, as well as a variety of other project types.

He specializes in engineered solutions for the healthcare environment as well as sports facilities and a variety of other project types. He was a recipient of 4 ASHRAE FWC scholarship awards during his tour of duty at USF.

Mike Costello, PE, graduated from University of South Florida in 2001, and has worked as a consulting engineer for the past 15+ years. He specializes in the mechanical design of medical facilities, office buildings, post offices, and educational facilities. He has been an active member of ASHRAE both prior to and after graduation. His various positions within the local chapter have included Publicity, Special Events, and Student Activities. For the past decade, Mike has been in charge of coordinating the chapter’s annual Shrimp Boil.

Samantha Choo Chew is a native of Clearwater and a graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Samantha is currently a Sales Engineer for ONICON Incorporated specializing in energy, hydronic and air metering instrumentation.
Benjamin Hair graduated in 2014 from the University of Florida with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Electrical Engineering. EIT registered in the State of Georgia, Benjamin works as a consulting engineer for Affiliated Engineer Inc., with focuses on mechanical designs of Healthcare, and Science and Technology facilities. Benjamin also co-leads AEI’s BiLT Projects and Processes group.

Scott Allred is the West Florida Territory Manager for Victaulic. Victaulic is the originator and world’s leading producer of mechanical pipe joining systems and grooved pipe joining systems. Scott is a graduate of the University of Florida, and is a Florida Native growing up in Lakeland, and currently residing in Valrico, Florida.

Jennifer Isenbeck is a Director of Operations III / Facilities Director at Univ. of Tampa with Sodexo. Jennifer graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering and MBA from University of South Florida. She is a licensed Mechanical Engineer in the State of Florida and Maryland. Jennifer was also a consultant for over 10 years specializing in HVAC, Infrastructure Planning, particularly for large commercial institutional and healthcare projects. Jennifer is a previous ASHRAE BOD (2013-2016 representing Region XII) and has been actively involved with ASHRAE since 1999.
