Raajesh began his career with BR+A Consulting Engineers in 2019, specializing in HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection system design of Healthcare, Laboratory and STEM building environments. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Florida and LEED AP BD+C Professional. Raajesh is looking forward to working with the FWC Chapter and Region XII.

He has been actively involved with ASHRAE beginning in his time in Pennsylvania, previously serving as YEA Chair, and has held leadership roles with the Florida West Coast Chapter, including Secretary, Treasurer, VP, and Membership Promotion Chair.

Bud currently holds the position of General Manager at EMCOR Services Integrated Solutions. He began his professional journey after receiving his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Maritime. His career kicked off at Carrier in Georgia, where he diligently worked his way up the ladder. Recognizing his leadership potential and technical expertise, EMCOR entrusted him with the growth and development of the Building Automation sector in Central Florida. In this role, he successfully led diverse teams composed of Engineers, Sales Representatives, Project Managers, among others. His exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment have consistently ensured the delivery of top-quality products and services. Bud’s professional journey is a testament to his expertise in managing and scaling operations effectively. He looks forward to expanding the experience into the local ASHRAE chapter.

Kelly Stuart Williams is the founder and managing director of Pegasos LLC. Since 2022, Kelly has been the ASHRAE Florida West Coast Chapter (FWC) Communications/Publicity Chair. In 2025, she was appointed as the ASHRAE Region XII Regional Communications Chair (RCC). In 2026 -2027, Kelly will serve as the FWC Membership Promotion Chair and continue to support FWC Communications functions: especially those related to recruiting new members while engaging and sustaining our current members.

Amer Khalil is a Mechanical Design Engineer with ONICON Flow & Energy Measurement and an active leader within ASHRAE’s Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) community. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida and joined ASHRAE in November 2022.
Since joining ASHRAE, Amer has taken on an increasingly active leadership role, beginning as a YEA Co-Chair before serving as YEA Chair for two years. During his time in YEA leadership, he worked to strengthen engagement, expand the YEA community, and create opportunities for young engineers to connect, grow, and become more involved with ASHRAE. His contributions and leadership were recognized with the YEA Inspirational Leader Award.
Amer currently serves the Florida West Coast Chapter as Governor, Webmaster, and Sustainability Co-Chair. Through these roles, he continues to support chapter growth, promote sustainability and engineering leadership, and help strengthen ASHRAE’s presence and impact within the local engineering community.
Amer is passionate about creating an inclusive and engaged ASHRAE community while providing opportunities for young professionals to develop their careers, build meaningful connections, and contribute to the future of the HVAC&R industry.

She currently works as a Project Engineer at Tom Barrow Company, where she works closely with contractors and engineers in a sales-focused role. Beja currently serves the ASHRAE Florida West Coast Chapter through Government Affairs, Women in ASHRAE, and Chapter Sustainability. Matt joined ASHRAE and the FWC chapter in 2021. He got his start in Texas with Marriott International in M.E.P. Facility Operations and Maintenance, HVAC Mechanics, and Stationary Engineering. Later transitioning to Controls Systems Engineering at Johnson Controls in the Midwest/Colorado region. Now, he works as a Controls Engineer with McKinstry in Tampa, leading their Remote Operations Center. He specializes in Facility Operations, Building Automation, and MEP system diagnostics, commissioning, and optimization. Matt is passionate about looking for innovative ways to improve the built environment and creating interest to attract new hands and minds into the industry and looks forward to enhancing the world through ASHRAE.

Timothy is an experienced consulting engineer specializing in the design of HVAC and plumbing systems, with a career spanning over two decades. He has developed engineered solutions for a wide range of project types, including government facilities, laboratories, and higher education institutions. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Regional Chair for Strategic Planning in ASHRAE Region XII and actively contributes to several ASHRAE Technical Committees. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Timothy earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2015 and was a four-time recipient of the ASHRAE Florida West Coast Chapter scholarship during his academic career.

Through years of dedication and experience, he advanced to Project Manager, leading a variety of projects including schools, stadiums, central energy plants, and healthcare facilities. One of his most notable projects was the four-year renovation and expansion of Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers.
